- Do I have to pay to post ads?
No! We will never require any payment to post ads at Biz420. There are always a few special options when posting your ad (Featured / Move to Top / Bold / Special / Etc) that we do charge for, but they are not ever required. Just keep in mind that these special options pay our bills to keep this site going and will help your ad stand out and be found easier.
- How does the domain transaction work?
That is up to the buyer and the seller. Biz420 does not handle the domain transaction in any way. As a seller, you simply include your contact information (or use our built-in "Contact Seller" function) and the prospective buyer contacts you directly to work out all the details.
- What if I have a lot of domains to list?
We know that some of you have hundreds, if not thousands of domains.
If you have a lot of domains and would like them listed but do not have the time, we will be happy to assist you in getting them listed. Just Contact Us with the details.
Keep in mind that our account management system is very fast and easy. It takes a little longer to initially list your domains but when they expire and it comes time to re-list them, it is extremely fast.
- What if I didn't receive my account activation email?
Do not worry. First, make sure to check your junk mail folder(s). If you still cannot locate the activation email, just Contact Us to shoot us a message. We will be happy to manually activate your account for you quickly.
- Does Biz420 own anything being sold?
No. This site is just a classifieds where individual users post their own items and other users contact them for private sale. We do not sell anything directly.
- What can I sell here at Biz420?
Currently, we only allow you to post ads to sell domain names and the associated website(s) if they are active. Ads posted for any other items will be removed.
- How long are ads posted for?
At this time, all ads expire 6 months after posting. You can re-list the ad after 30 days which will automatically bump it to the top of the list again. All paid promotions for your particular ad will expire after 90 days and will need to be renewed if you want to keep the ad promoted for a longer term.
- How do I bump my ad to the top?
All new ads are initially posted at the top of the list (underneath any paid promotions) and are active for 6 months. After 30 days, you can relist the item and that will automatically post it at the top of the list again. During that 30 days, the only way to bump your ad to the top of the list is to pay a small fee. To do that, while logged into your user account, select "My Account" from the menu at the top of the page. From there, you will see a list of your ads. Beneath each ad is a button to "Bump to top of list".
- How do I delete my ad after it sells?
To delete your ad, you must first login to your account by selecting "MY ACCOUNT" from the main menu.
After you are logged in, you will see a list of all your current ads. Each ad listing will have a "DELETE" button underneath it.
- How do I renew my ad?
Ads can be renewed with one click after 30 days. To renew your ad, you must first login to your account by selecting "MY ACCOUNT" from the main menu.
After you are logged in, you will see a list of all your current ads. Each ad listing will have a "RENEW" button underneath it.
